Richard currently serves as the UK Director for Serve the City international. His background is in International Community Development where he has worked in West Africa, the Middle East and Asia, including developing an trafficking prevention programme in Nepal. He also served as Regional Field Leader with both Global Hope Network International and Agapé Sans Frontières.
